For anyone with a good Mercedes-Benz book collection, this may prove to be your all time favorite book. Hoppe's writing is uncommonly frank and humorous as he tells about nearly every significant M-B event and person he met over four decades.

Our LOWTEMP hydraulic fluid is formulated for all Mercedes-Benz hydraulic suspension systems (sold by the gallon). Tested in our own cars.
Only use hydraulic oil that is intended for the Mercedes-Benz hydro-pneumatic suspensions. Laboratory tests indicate that LOWTEMP out performs the most common alternative products and it is considerably less expensive than oil purchased from a dealer.

LOWTEMP Automotive Hydraulic Fluid
Laboratory tests at two standard temperatures show the viscosity of LOWTEMP out performs the most popular alternative products:
- 20% thinner in light use (+104º F) and
- 10% thicker during hard usage (+210º F).
Cold weather pour-point is -70º F versus -50º F. This is a mineral based fluid, highly resistant to oxidation, and it is compatible with all seals found in systems that are designed for use with petroleum oil.
Cross reference: Mercedes-Benz hydraulic oil No. 000 989 91 03-10. The same oil is used for all suspension systems and leveling devises on these Mercedes-Benz models:
- 1970s & 1980s - Sedans and Station wagons
- 1990s - Sedans, Station wagons and SLs.
Based on our findings, we developed LOWTEMP and began using it in our cars. Given we found it out performed competing products and it cost significantly less, our friends wanted LOWTEMP so we began selling it over 10 years ago. We believe LOWTEMP is a better product so we now package it in sensible gallon containers and ship it anywhere in the USA.

This is our best selling suit and it meets the SFI 3.2A/1 rating and carries a TPP rating of 11. While this suit carries entry level safety, the quality is top of the line. This suit is made from Pyrovatex cloth treated with our HydroFiber fire-retardant molecular treatment process.
This suit is accented with standard epaulets, belt with loops, arm and leg stripes, pleated back and a large white chest billboard with contrasting piping. All seams are Safety Stitched to help limit failure in a fire. We ask that you compare our suits with any other manufacturers’ suit and you will be amazed. The quality and craftsmanship is second to none.
GF105 Junior Racing Suit GF-4372
This is a SFI-1 single-layer suit made from a fire-retardant Pyrovatex cloth that carries a TPP rating of 11. A comfortable suit with a brass zipper, Nomex cuffs, thread and tape.
