To my knowledge, these two vehicles are SL 60s. Speaking of which, I have a chance to purchase a 1998 SL60 that was brought into the U.S. If anyone has a few pearls of wisdom, or knowledge of this model, I would be most grateful. All I know at this point is that relatively few were made, but numbers range from 300 to 1000. Fewer than 200 were produced for the British market with right hand drive. This one has what appears to be an aftermarket navigation system by Alpine. All nav instructions and maps are in German. I's sorry to say I do not understand German. However this car also speaks acceleration very clearly. Any information about this auto would be very welcome.
Thanks, Chris

Dan,

These cars are highly customized and the value can vary greatly. Also, to the best of my knowledge there are not many of them being purchased on the secondary market so determining the pricing trend is going to be difficult (whatever someone is willing to pay). Your best bet might be a private auction or a bid sale. We can provide assistance if you are interested contact us. For now, the current owner is your best bet - they should have all of the documentation pertaining to the vehicle.

I have been asked by a friend of mine to sell one of these cars (Royal Family of Brunei No. 042/7.3 565 Edition). Do you have any Information about this car, ie. special features, is it collectible? Also any idea of the value of one in fair condition.
Thank You, Dan Melody
